With a wide range of courses suitable for beginners through advanced level we teach most aspects and techniques of cake decorating and sugar craft. The classes on cake, cupcake, cookie, and sugar paste you attend at PCCC will develop the skill and experience to surprise your family, friends and co-workers with wonderful creations.
We offer and are committed to teaching beginners and advanced cake decorating techniques inclusive of sugarpaste flowers and creations, rolled fondant, buttercream, chocolate, cookie and cupcake bouquets. Future cake designers will be able to make, assemble and decorate stunning special occasion cakes, perhaps wedding, through the use of fillings, frostings, decorations and skilled techniques.
